Apartment / Ponte Milvio, Rome

Living space of about 40 square meters, that belongs to an apartment of about 130 square meters, must be separated and become an independent apartment. A unique ambience with large windows on one side led us to conceive an intervention of reorganization that does not lose the existing airy spaciousness, considered that the spaces are 3.40m high. Kitchen space, relaxation area, bedroom, closet and bathroom are elements intersected and distinguished within the cubic space hosting them. The game caused by the split-level as that of the natural and artificial light creates a spatial experience that comes close to the sensitivity of the owner, well-known painter of abstract movement.
